Welcome to The Border Practice, Aldershot

We are a practice of 3 doctors, 2 nurse practitioners, 3 nurses, 1 HCA, 1 phlebotomist and 20 additional staff. Between us we look after over 8,600 patients and rising in the Aldershot area. We aim to provide a high standard of personal care for our patients and a comprehensive range of medical services. You can read more about us in the section ‘staff’ ...here.... Our surgery is located Blackwater Way and opened in December 2005.

Registration forms can be obtained from reception. Two forms of identification are required; one of which needs to have proof of residency and photo ID. On completion you will be offered an appointment for a new patient health check. A map of our catchment area is available to look at from reception.

Opening Hours, Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 6.30pm

Morning Surgery

Doctors appointments are available from 8.30am to 11.00am and can only be booked on the day you wish to be seen

Afternoon Surgery

Doctors appointments are available from 3.30pm to 5.30pm and can only be booked on the day you wish to be seen

Late Evening Surgery

GP and Nurse Practitioner appointments are available once a week 5.30pm - 6.40pm. This is for full time workers only and can be pre-booked. Practice Nurse appointments will be available from September 07.

We have a limited number of prebookable appointments available as our aim is to provide access to a Health Care Clinician within 24 hours.
