We are a practice of 3 doctors, 2 nurse practitioners, 3 nurses, 1 HCA, 1 phlebotomist and 20 additional staff. Between us we look after over 8,900 patients and rising in the Aldershot area. Our surgery is located at Blackwater Way and we moved there in December 2005.

Registration forms can be obtained from reception. Two forms of identification are required; one of which needs to have proof of residency and photo ID. On completion you will be offered an appointment for a new patient health check. A map of our catchment area is available to view at reception.
Swine Flu
If you have flu-like symptoms and have recently returned from an affected country or if you are concerned because you think you have been in direct or indirect contact with someone who may have swine flu; follow Government guidelines and:-

Doctors appointments are available from 8.30am to 11.00am. Some of these appointments are pre-bookable (please phone after 10am to book these) and some are bookable on the day only, for urgent issues.
Doctors appointments are available from 3.30pm to 5.30pm. Some of these appointments are pre-bookable (please phone after 10am to book these) and some are bookable on the day only, for urgent issues.
GP appointments are available twice a month from 6.30pm to 8.20pm. This is meant for full time workers only and appointments must be booked in advance. It is not a walk-in surgery.
