We are a practice of 4 doctors, 3 nurses, 1 HCA, 1 phlebotomist and 20 additional staff. Between us we look after over 8,900 patients and rising in the Aldershot area. We aim to provide a high standard of personal care for our patients and a comprehensive range of medical services. Registration forms can be obtained from reception. Two forms of identification are required; one of which needs to have proof of residency and photo ID. On completion you will be offered an appointment for a new patient health check. A map of our catchment area is available to view at reception.
We are very proud to say that we have managed to keep our surgery open during all of the adverse weather conditions over the last week, most days offering a full level of service, with some days on emergency service levels. The team have made a huge effort to get into the surgery so we can continue caring for you all. We very much appreciate the large volume of thanks and compliments we have received from our patients for managing to stay open, thoughout a very difficult time for all.
We are proud to announce that a new full-time GP has joined us at The Border Practice. Dr Nishan Fernando joined us on 2nd November 2009 and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and skill. You can book appointments to see him, either via our Appointments On Line system or by phoning us.

We are now also vaccinating children over 6 months and under 5 years, who are not in At-Risk groups. Patents/Guardians should soon be receiving a letter from us, however, you can already call the surgery to book an appointment.
Should you be in one of the above groups please call reception during the afternoon to make an appointment.
Our Standard Opening Hours are, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.30pm
Doctors appointments are available from 8.30am to 11.00am. Some of these appointments are pre-bookable (please phone after 10am to book these) and some are bookable on the day only, for urgent issues.

GP appointments are available twice a month from 6.30pm to 8.20pm. This is meant for full time workers only and appointments must be booked in advance. It is not a walk-in surgery.
