We are a practice of 4 doctors, 2 nurses, 1 HCA, 1 phlebotomist and 20 additional staff. Between us we look after over 8,900 patients and rising in the Aldershot area. We aim to provide a high standard of personal care for our patients and a comprehensive range of medical services. You can read more about us in the section ‘staff’ ...here...Our surgery is located at Blackwater Way and we moved there in December 2005.
If you are looking for a practice to join or if you are already registered with this practice, we hope that you will find the information on our website useful. The same information can be found in our Practice Leaflet, which is available from our reception or as a PDF download - "Border Surgery Practice Leaflet 2010/2011"...here...
Registration forms can be obtained from reception. Two forms of identification are required; one of which needs to have proof of residency and photo ID. On completion you will be offered an appointment for a new patient health check. A map of our catchment area is available to view at reception.
We are very pleased to announce that Dr Amy Sampuran has joined the practice. She has worked in the Rushmoor and Hart area in both GP surgeries and Frimley Park hospital and we know that she will be a great asset to the team. She will be working Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday every week. We are sure that you will join us in welcoming her to the team.
The Practice has decided to form a 'Virtual' Patient Group (email group) so that we can ask your opinion without taking too much of your time. The plan would be to email you every few months, with requests for your opinion on various things. This would usually take the form of an on-line survey, which would only take about 5 minutes to complete. We would really appraciate it if you would join this group and ask that you let the reception team know that you wish to join when you next visit us or just give us a call to let us know. You will then hear from us with our first survey. Thank you for your support on this new initiative.
Our first survey is now ready! Please click on the link below to be taken direct to the survey.

We recently conducted a Patient Survey, which showed that patients were very happy with our opening hours, including our Extended Hours surgeries, which are held some evenings and Saturday mornings. However, we saw an increased request for early morning appointments during the week. We are very happy to say that from August we will be holding some early morning surgeries from 7am. You can only pre-book these and are designed to assist those patients who work to access our services more easily. We trust that you will all find this change a positive one.
Our Standard Opening Hours are, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.30pm
Doctors appointments are available from 8.30am to 11.00am. Many of these appointments are pre-bookable (please phone after 10am to book) and some are bookable on the day only, for urgent issues.
