We are a practice of 4 doctors, 2 nurses, 1 HCA, 1 phlebotomist and 16 additional staff. Between us we look after over 8,600 patients and rising in the Aldershot area. We aim to provide a high standard of personal care for our patients and a comprehensive range of medical services.You can read more about us in the section ‘staff’ ...here... Our surgery is located at Blackwater Way and was purpose built for us in 2005.

Registration forms can be obtained from reception. Two forms of identification are required; one needs to be proof of residency and the other a photo ID. On completion of your registration you will be offered an appointment for a new patient health check. A map of our catchment area is available to view at reception or via the link above.
We are pleased to say that our building is fully disability access compliant and has two disabled parking bays, stair-free access to the whole of the ground floor and a lift to access to the second floor if you need to access any of the specialist clinics there. Should you require any assistance to access our building, please phone us when you are outside and a member of the team will gladly come out to assist you.
Our flu clinics for this year are now available to book. If you are over 65 years old or in a clinical At Risk group, please book your appointment via Patient Access On-Line (See On-Line Appointments link above) or with our reception team. If you have a child of 2, 3 or 4 years old please book a child flu appointment with reception. Thank you.

View your Medication, Immunisations and Allergies On-Line. If you have a Patient Access (On-Line Appointments and Repeat Prescription Service) log-in, you can now view the medication, allergies and immunisations that we have recorded for you. To view this information all you need to do it log-in as if you were making an appointment; you will then see a new section marked 'Medical Record'. Just click on 'View Your Medical Record' and the details will show. Please note that this information can only be viewed via your personal Patient Access log-in.
For a trial period we will be opening our reception and phone lines from 8am, Monday to Friday. We will ask our patients if they feel this is a useful change and if so will change it long term.

Doctors appointments are available from 9.00am to 11.00am. Many of these appointments are pre-bookable and some are bookable on the day only, for urgent issues. Please remember that you can book all GP appointments on-line and that you can phone at any time of the day to book with our reception team.

GP appointments are available during the week, twice a month, from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. These appointments are to help those of you who work full time to see a GP outside of your working day. These appointments must be booked in advance via our reception team.
Our early morning surgeries offer GP appointments twice a month from 7am to 8am. These are again to help those of you who work full time to see a GP outside of your working day. These appointments must be booked in advance via our reception team.
